Emotional intelligence assessment

Take the EQ-1 2.0™ emotional intelligence assessment and receive a report covering the 15 skills in five categories. See the EQ-i 2.0 Model below for the list of skills and categories. Happiness/Well-being is an overarching sixth category.

Emotional intelligence report debrief

Before or after taking the assessment, sign up for a one-hour debrief. Two days before the debrief, you will receive your report via email so you can review it ahead of time. During the debrief, we will go over the report to identify the skills that are most relevant to you and identify areas for growth and areas to lean into.

Additional coaching

If you would like additional coaching on your emotional intelligence report, we can discuss how many sessions would be ideal given where you are in your journey.

retaking the assessment

Times change; our lives change; we change. You can improve your emotional intelligence skills. You may decide to retake the assessment after several months to see what’s changed.
