22 (or more!) Hikes in 2022 Challenge

Hiking has brought so much joy to my life and I want others to experience it. I’ve found that stepping outside your ordinary day helps you get a different perspective on life. Hiking can help you do that! Maybe you want to hike more but keep putting it off. The trail never seems to call you as much as other things on your to do list. Then you need to accept this challenge! 12 hikes in 12 months is too easy! 22 hikes in 2022 — that will get you outdoors, in nature, moving your body.

It’s simple. Do two hikes each month on average. Record it by emailing me or tagging @outdoor_nature_coach on Instagram and using #22in2022. When you’re out hiking, take some time to be mindful and write in your journal during or after the hike about how you felt and what you learned.

I hope you can join me for a hike! I will be taking 22 Hike Challengers on hikes throughout the year on IG Live. If you want to know when an IG Live hike is going to take place, sign up for the challenge using the button above.

If you want to do more than 22, please do! You might even consider the 52 Hike Challenge.

I registered for the 52 Hike Challenge for 2022. This will be a stretch for me and I’m ready!
